SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first UPS scan.  The email will include the UPS tracking number.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.  Please allow 5-14 business days for processing, including air freight orders

 

What are your delivery options?
 
- Standard Shipping $8.00 5-7 Business Days
- Overnight Shipping Not Available at this time.
- Canada & Puerto Rico $20.00 15-20 Business Days
- International Shipping $30.00 15-20 Business Days

How do I return an item?
 
- Please email us for an RMA number and return instructions.
- Please include your packing slip and return form.
- On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form.
- For returns, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive an ekAttire gift card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.
- Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.

Do you offer exchanges?
 
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Due to the nature of continuous orders, we cannot guarantee that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available when a return is received. If you need assistsnce placing a new order, or have questions about a replacement item, please contact our Customer Service Line.

What the return policy?
 

We value our customer's satisfaction. Therefore, if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Item must be free of perfume, unworn, unwashed, or altered in any way with original tags attached and in resell-able condition for return. If item shipped "free shipping" this shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Please note: We do not cover shipping costs on returns. We will send you an email confirming the return has been processed.
